Eco.Mec SRL is a family-run company specialised in the design and manufacturing of cylinders for surficial workings, addressing various industrial sectors. The engraved cylinders (which are all designed for heating) are employed to supply any type of product (such as ink, paint, resins, dye, adhesives, oils, waxes, glues or lacquers, or to provide given materials (such as paper, cardboard, wood, glass, fabrics, leather, and artificial leather) with specific characteristics. Furthermore, the company provides printing cylinders chosen from the company catalogue or developed on customer’s samples. Eco.Mec SRL fully meets the needs of the market, and guarantees a high level of quality, paying particular attention to the environment and customer care. The company engraves and regenerates any type of cylinder upon request. All these components make Eco.Mec SRL a professional, accurate and reliable company. The production of Eco.Mec SRL encompasses a huge range of engravings, with specific application to the sector of paper, cardboard and boxes by means of flexography and to leather sector. The engraving process is carried out by means of mechanical knurling with payloads that range between 10 and 500 grams per square metre according to the type of cylinder: reverse, syncro (tipping) and helicoidal.

CYLINDERS
REVERSE
These cylinders are characterized by a series of pyramidal alveoli in relief on the surface and by an inverse rotary motion with respect to the direction of introduction of the support (for this reason the name Reverse). This feature allows a better coating of the product. The height of the alveoli determines the capacity of each cylinder. The available engravings are listed in the technical tables.
SYNCRO
Eco.Mec SRL addresses all companies that operate in the leather manufacturing, and offers rollers that, through continuous mechanical coating, guarantee perfect homogeneity of the colour and complete colour anchoring on several different types of leather, artificial leather, hide, and reconditioned leather. COATINGS
As for the traditional printing system, also for the flexographic printing, machines are inked by means of a dispensing roller made of small cells with negative pyramidal structure, which through an adequate inclination of the positive and negative cavities, ensures a homogeneous and coherent coating of the product.
